We are seeking a Senior Talent Sourcer to help architect and build world-class talent pipelines. In this role, you will collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders to deeply understand technical hiring needs and proactively map the talent landscape.

This is an exciting opportunity to identify, attract, and engage high-caliber candidates across engineering, data, product, and design functions—while continuously refining and enhancing the sourcing playbook.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and executives to define and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Lead end-to-end sourcing efforts for complex or senior-level technical roles, including talent mapping and competitive intelligence.
  • Create personalized outreach strategies that enhance candidate experience and prioritize diversity.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of high-potential candidates for current and future roles across engineering, data science, infrastructure, and more.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, SeekOut, Gem, X-ray/Boolean search).
  • Analyze market data and hiring trends to provide insights on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and sourcing strategies.
What We’re Looking For
  • 6+ years of experience in talent sourcing, preferably in high-growth tech or startup environments.
  • Proven success sourcing for hard-to-fill or senior-level technical roles (e.g., Staff Engineers, Engineering Managers, Data Leads).
  • Deep expertise in designing and executing multi-channel sourcing strategies.
  • Passion for market research, competitive intelligence, and emerging sourcing technologies and tools.
  • Excellent and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence across teams and leadership levels.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data and metrics to inform sourcing decisions.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.

  • Experience in international or cross-regional sourcing.
