Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Talent Acquisition Expert (IT Recruitment) with over 3 years of experience. You will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, work closely with the Recruitment Manager, and develop innovative recruiting strategies. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional communication, decision-making skills, and have a proven track record in recruitment. This role may require travel within KL and proficiency in HR software is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in recruitment from a Staffing & Recruitment firm.
• Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc.).
• Ability to travel within KL.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Recruitment Manager to understand hiring needs.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across various open roles.
• Screen resumes and manage candidates through the interview process.
