Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers.
• Manage recruitment pipelines and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Partner with external recruitment agencies when needed.
