To support our rapid growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior / Lead System Engineer / Implementation Engineer to take technical ownership of application and system deployment initiatives.

This role is hands‑on and focuses on delivering reliable, secure, and efficient environments across web, application, database, and cloud layers. The ideal candidate has deep technical knowledge, excels at troubleshooting complex issues, and can work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end application and system deployment, configuration, and integration activities.
• Take technical ownership of solution implementation, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Manage installation, tuning, and troubleshooting of web servers, application servers, and databases.
• Design and implement deployment pipelines, system automation, and monitoring strategies.
• Support containerized and cloud‑native environments across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate closely with development, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and deployment standards.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, standardization, and optimization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in application/system deployment or infrastructure engineering.
• Proven experience managing complex deployments across hybrid or multi‑cloud environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
• Solid understanding of networking, security hardening, and access control.
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk).
