1. Solutions Requirements Gathering & Analysis

• Work closely with business users to gather, understand, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Analyze gaps between current systems/processes and desired outcomes.

2. Solution Design & System Specifications

• Define system workflows, data flows, UI/UX expectations, and technical constraints.
• Participate in system architecture and design decisions.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to design feasible solutions.

3. Stakeholder Communication

• Facilitate communication between business users, project managers, and technical teams.
• Conduct workshops, presentations, and requirement review meetings.
• Ensure all parties understand the project scope and system changes.

4. Project Coordination

• Collaborate with software developers, testers, and other stakeholders throughout the system development life cycle (SDLC).
• Provide input during planning and estimation of IT projects.

5. Testing & Quality Assurance

• Assist in the creation of test plans, test cases, and perform system testing.
• Ensure developed solutions meet business needs and comply with standards.

6. Documentation

• Establish clear and comprehensive documentation of system specifications, process flows, and user guides.
• Update system manuals and training materials when changes occur.

7. Support & Maintenance

• Resume system content expert for troubleshooting system issues.
• Analyse and resolve system bugs or enhancement requests.

8. Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve existing systems and processes.
• Recommend technology solutions to enhance business performance.
• Support in house digital transformation initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Manufacturing IT experienced related field. Prefer at least 5 years working experience in the relevant field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in requirements gathering, documentation, and business process analysis.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Familiarity with system modeling tools (e.g., UML, BPMN).
