A leading recruitment agency in Shah Alam is seeking an experienced Senior Supply Chain Executive to manage 3PL partnerships and optimize inventory processes. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of relevant experience and a diploma in supply chain or related fields. Proficiency in managing service level agreements and preparing performance reports is essential.
3PL (Third-Party Logistics) Management: Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship manager for all 3PL partners
Inventory & Process Optimization: Support inventory management processes to minimize stockouts and excess inventory. Assist in demand and supply planning alignment to optimize stock levels across the network.
SLA & KPI Management: Develop, monitor, and enforce Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all logistics partners
Report Preparation and Presentation: Track and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly supply chain performance reports (e.g., logistics costs, inventory levels, service levels)
Stakeholder Management: Act as a key liaison between the company and external partners (suppliers, 3PLs, transporters)
Job Requirement:
Possesses Diploma and above in supply chain or related
3-5 years supply chain/warehouse related experiences.
Proven hands‑on experience in managing 3PL partners is essential
Comfortable in carrying stocks
