Job description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Partner with Global Supply Chain and Quality teams to identify, develop, and qualify new suppliers.
  • Conduct supplier quality system and process audits, part qualifications, and process validations.
  • Lead supplier corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address nonconformities and drive improvement.
  • Support tryouts, first article inspections, and source inspections to ensure compliance with product requirements.
  • Monitor supplier quality performance and prepare monthly reports on key quality metrics.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to achieve ongoing improvements in quality and delivery performance.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and support improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma and SPC methodologies.
  • Participate in supplier business reviews and support supplier performance development activities.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Diploma or Degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, Manufacturing Process Technology, or related field.
  • 3‑5 years of experience in Supplier Quality, preferably in the Instrumentation, Electrical, or Electronics industry.
  • Strong understanding of precision machining, casting processes, and surface treatments.
  • Working knowledge of metrology, Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T), ISO quality systems, and process auditing.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with proficiency in English.
  • Willingness to travel within Asia‑Pacific for supplier audits and qualification activities.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
  • Certified ISO Supplier Auditor qualification.
  • Experience with SPC and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Exposure to manufacturing processes such as PCB/PCBA, die/investment casting, coating, plating, or surface treatment.
  • Hands‑on experience with supplier development or project leadership in a quality‑focused environment.
