• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance or related field.
• Significant leadership, project management or continuous improvement training is desirable.
• Over 5 years of experience in purchasing, operational procurement, shared services or supply chain management.
• Proven ability to coordinate or lead teams and drive cross-functional improvements.
• Strong knowledge of SAP purchasing modules and operational reporting.
• Understanding of internal controls and KPI governance in service delivery.

• Harmonize, document, and implement processes, standards, and internal controls across the service.
• Perform risk-based quality checks to verify the execution, effectiveness, and applicability of controls.
• Oversee period-end closing activities and ensure the timely resolution of open issues.
• Lead local team meetings, continuous improvement initiatives, and cross-functional projects.
• Mentor new team members and coordinate team-wide organizational and operational activities.

Your profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, or a related field is an advantage.
• Relevant leadership, project management, or continuous improvement training is desirable.
• More than 5 years of relevant professional experience, including substantial experience in purchasing, operational procurement, shared services, supply chain management, or a closely related function.
• Demonstrated experience in coordinating or leading teams, managing service performance, and driving cross-functional improvements.
• Advanced knowledge of operational procurement processes and relevant SAP purchasing modules, including purchase order processing, order acknowledgments, and operational reporting.
• Strong understanding of service management, internal controls, KPI governance, and continuous improvement methodologies.
