This is a senior technical leadership position responsible for end-to-end Power Management feature enabling for next-generation AMD server microprocessors. The role includes driving the technical planning and execution of Product Engineering programs, with deep involvement across power management firmware flows, platform bring-up, and cross-functional issue resolution.
This individual will serve as a critical technical point of contact to the business, design, platform validation, firmware, and product engineering teams, ensuring that Power Management features are robust, fully validated, and ready for production. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in power management architectures, feature enabling, and firmware flows for server-class products. You possess the capability to independently drive complex technical issues to closure, communicate effectively with executive leadership, and lead cross-functional decision-making.
You regularly provide technical supervision and mentoring to junior engineers, take consultative and leadership responsibilities for large-scale feature development, and influence the technical direction of multiple products. This role requires the ability to devise new methodologies, innovate validation strategies, and make critical technical decisions that impact the product line.
