Job summary

Infineon Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Melaka is seeking a Senior Staff Engineer in Product Test Engineering to drive yield stability, quality and reliability for high-volume back-end production, supporting new product releases and ramp projects.

You will lead a small team, collaborate with cluster functions and suppliers, and contribute to cost, speed and innovation improvements in a demanding manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master/PhD in Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of working experience in a related field
• Strong problem-solving track record and examples to share
• Ability to lead with clear direction and decisive decision-making

Responsibilities

• Responsible for yield stability & improvement, ensure quality and reliability of delivered products meeting Infineon quality standards and support new product release, production ramp and change management projects
• Support section head in activities, including hiring, training and development, cascading high performance expectations through goal setting
