Senior Specialist, Maintenance at Trong Farm is responsible for managing and overseeing all maintenance activities across farm operations. This role ensures that farm equipment operates at peak performance, implements technical solutions to enhance productivity, and maintains high standards of animal health and welfare. The position requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and effective collaboration with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management:
  • Supervise the maintenance, repair, and servicing of all farm equipment.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and prolong equipment life.
• Data Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data on equipment performance.
  • Prepare and present reports to the Farm Manager and relevant stakeholders.
  • Utilize data insights to identify issues, optimize operations, and implement corrective measures.
• Project Coordination:
  • Lead maintenance and technical projects aimed at improving farm efficiency.
  • Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates to management.
• Staff Training and Development:
  • Provide technical guidance and training to farm personnel to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Develop, review, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for maintenance operations.
  • Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the maintenance team.
• Safety and Compliance:
  • Ensure all maintenance operations follow safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
