Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG in Penang seeks a data-driven professional to support supply chain planning and analytics. You will work on forecasting, inventory management, and data-backed decision making to optimize customer service and cost.

Using Python (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn), SQL, and visualization tools, you will generate insights, align product portfolios with market demand, and collaborate across marketing, sales, and operations to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Practical experience with time series forecasting, statistics and machine learning.
• Proficient in Python (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn); familiarity with forecasting libraries (stats models, Prophet).
• Basic SQL. Data visualization skills (e.g., Matplotlib/Seaborn/Tableau).
• Communication (discuss the problems), documentation skills and ability to work independently.
• Project Management background is on benefit.

Responsibilities

• Order Management including checking the contents of the sample orders, 1st confirmation & clarification with marketing, Sales or RSM.
• Inventory maintenance of the internationally samples storages to ensure time efficient sampling to the customer.
• Ensure a clean & updated product portfolio visible for sales and distributors by aligning with Product Marketing considering market demand as well as product lifecycle.
• Define & apply standardized processes and reports for operational and strategic activities and to drive improvement activities.
• Leverage data to make autonomous decisions.
• Participate and manage x-functionally project activities with focus on automation.
