Job Description

• Mapping end-to-end business processes and identifying opportunities for automation.
• Enabling streamlining of processes through automation using macros.
• Ability to perform the full analytics cycle (Understanding the problem, collecting & identifying data relevant to the problem, preparation the data for analysis, obtaining insights, building dashboard & visualization models).
• Support business case building.
• Identifies, proposes, and influences business solutions.
• Understands and applies the discipline of business process management.
• Supports planning and prioritization of process engineering.
• Works with all levels of staff and management to address concerns and resolve issues.

Essential Requirements

• You have a Degree in Statistical or any related field.
• Proven experience & capabilities in programming language i.e. C#, Java, .NET, C++, Analytical tools i.e. R, Python, SQL, Power BI.
• Experience in project management.
• Proficiencies: Problem Solving, Business Analysis, Teamwork - works well with culturally and geographically diverse teams, Communication and Project Management.
