Job Description

• Map end‑to‑end business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
• Streamline processes through automation using macros.
• Perform the full analytics cycle: understand the problem, collect and identify relevant data, prepare the data for analysis, obtain insights, and build dashboards & visualization models.
• Support business case building.
• Identify, propose, and influence business solutions.
• Apply the discipline of business process management.
• Plan and prioritise process engineering activities.
• Collaborate with staff and management at all levels to address concerns and resolve issues.

Essential Requirements

• Degree in Statistics or a related field.
• Proven experience and capabilities in programming languages such as C#, Java, .NET, C++ and analytical tools including R, Python, SQL, and Power BI.
• Experience in project management.
• Proficiencies in problem solving, business analysis, teamwork across culturally and geographically diverse teams, communication, and project management.
