Job summary

Grvt is seeking a software engineer to design, implement, test, and operate production systems within a complex trading environment. You will own the correctness, reliability, and operability of the features you build, and actively surface ambiguity in requirements, product logic, and system behavior.

You will write clear, maintainable code with a bias toward simplicity and correctness. You will participate in incident response and follow through with durable fixes and improvements,

• Strong engineering fundamentals and sound judgment in complex systems.
• Bias toward correctness, reliability, and production ownership.
• Comfort reasoning about non-trivial business logic, stateful systems, and edge cases.
