Responsibilities
Lead architectural design and technical decision‑making for the HR SaaS platform
Drive technical excellence and establish development standards across the development team
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid‑level developers
Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmap and feature priorities
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability for growing user base
Design and implement complex SaaS features including multi‑tenancy and enterprise integrations
Lead database architecture decisions and performance optimization strategies
Establish and maintain automated testing strategies and CI/CD pipelines
Ensure application security, compliance, and data protection for enterprise clients
Collaborate with mobile team for seamless React Native integration
Participate in technical interviews and hiring decisions for team expansion
Technical Requirements
Must Have
- 4+ years of extensive full‑stack development experience
- Expert‑level proficiency in PHP Laravel and Vue.js development
- Strong experience with Python and Django framework
- Advanced knowledge of database design, optimization, and scaling strategies (MySQL experience preferred)
- Proven track record of leading technical projects and architectural decisions
- Experience with application performance optimization and scalability planning
- Strong understanding of SaaS architecture patterns and multi‑tenant applications
- Advanced knowledge of web security, authentication, and authorization systems
- Experience with system integration and third‑party API management
Good to have
- Advanced proficiency in TypeScript, React.js, and Next.js
- Extensive experience with SaaS application development and enterprise features
- Experience with HR domain applications, workflows, and compliance requirements
- Knowledge of React Native and cross‑platform mobile development
- Experience with cloud architecture and DevOps practices (Azure, AWS)
- Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems
