Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of software development experience, with 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience in designing large-scale enterprise systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple development teams, ensuring high performance and quality delivery.
• Oversee project planning, estimation, and execution to meet timelines, budgets, and objectives.
• Collaborate closely with Consultant, Quality Assurance, Dev Ops, and Project Management teams.
• Drive process improvement initiatives, automation, and adoption of new technologies.
• Mentor and develop technical leads, engineers, and assistant managers.
• Evaluate and improve system scalability, performance, and security.
• Manage resource allocation, recruitment, and competency development within the software team.
