Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Oversee and administer SME insurance schemes including setup, pricing, and renewal.
Monitor performance, analyze trends, and recommend improvements.
Underwrite SME property risks per guidelines.
Ensure timely policy issuance, endorsements, and renewals.
Liaise with brokers, agents, and clients to clarify underwriting requirements.
Provide technical support and training on SME scheme products.
Track portfolio performance, loss ratios, and profitability.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for management.
Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and customer experience.
