Responsibilities

• Ensure work is completed according to design specifications, industry standards, and local regulations.
• Check technical drawings and designs for accuracy and provide technical advice and problem-solving on‑site.
• Prepare Site Meeting Reports and attend Site Meetings as necessary.
• Conduct Monthly Site Valuation with subcontractors, clerks of works and quantity surveyors.
• Perform regular inspections and maintenance of the site and equipment.
• Supervise construction workers and subcontractors.
• Perform any other project duties assigned by the superior.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in an equivalent discipline.
• At least 5 years of related experience.
