Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in residential interior design / renovation projects.
• Strong understanding of residential interior works and site coordination.
• Able to read and interpret interior design and construction drawings.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple residential sites simultaneously.
• Willing to travel between project sites.

Responsibilities

• Project Execution (A–Z & DLP) — Assist and oversee residential interior projects from initial site setup, construction, installation, handover, and until completion of DLP. Monitor daily site progress and ensure works follow approved drawings, specifications, and timeline. Prepare site progress updates, photos, and reports for management and designers.
• Site Supervision & Coordination — Coordinate with Interior Designers, Project Managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth site execution. Arrange and supervise site works including carpentry, ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works. Attend site meetings and provide accurate updates on work status and issues.
• Quality Control & Workmanship — Ensure all works meet company quality standards and client expectations. Conduct inspections before handover and during DLP. Coordinate and supervise rectification of defects during DLP period.
• Timeline & Issue Management — Identify potential delays or site issues and take corrective actions. Ensure project milestones are met and escalate issues when necessary.
• Safety & Site Management — Ensure site safety procedures are followed at all times. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized site environment.
• Handover & DLP Management — Assist in project handover and ensure all punch list items are closed. Follow up and manage defect rectification works during DLP period.
