Job Responsibilities

• Coordinating and supervising construction teams, including subcontractors, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Monitoring and inspecting work to ensure compliance with plans, specifications and safety standards.
• Identifying and resolving issues that arise during construction, and communicating with project managers and clients as needed.
• Overseeing the allocation of resources, including labour, equipment, and materials, to optimise efficiency.
• Handling material ordering, receiving, and follow‑up with suppliers to ensure all materials are received as per DO and PO description.
• Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to project progress, quality control, and compliance.
• Managing handyman for site works.
• Providing training and guidance to junior team members to support their professional development (for Senior Role).

Job Requirements

• A relevant construction‑related diploma or degree is preferred.
• Relevant experience in a landed housing construction site supervisor role, with a minimum of 2–5 years for a Junior Supervisor or 5–8 years for a Senior Supervisor.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and technical drawings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
• Problem‑solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
• Possess own vehicle and be willing to work anywhere within greater Johor Bahru.
