Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in shipping/logistics in an MNC.
• PC-literate in spreadsheet applications; experience in logistics management is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and data reporting.
• Possess logical and analytical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet customer expectations in compliance with OTD 95%.
• Coordinate export procedures and documentation.
• Assist in shipping activities as necessary.
• Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 & 14001 policies.
• Handle physical shipment verification and release.
• Monitor shipped shipments based on pending lists.
• Resolve queries from courier, customers, or forwarders.
• Coordinate documentation for custom declaration.
• Assist inside sales/planners with special requests.
• Attend audit requests for shipping documents.
• Verify billing invoices from forwarders.
• Negotiate freight for high-weight shipments.
• Sort approved custom forms for filing.
