Responsibilities

• Operate machines for loading and unloading materials
• Use optical microscopes to inspect product quality
• Use vacuum pens to pick up wafers for quality inspection
• Operate plating‑area machines for loading and unloading wafers
• Perform photo‑area operations and use optical microscopes
• Conduct incoming material inspection and perform packaging operations
• Send shipping reports via email
• Manage quality, output, logistics, and discipline of personnel at the workstation
• Participate in regular monthly meetings for selected supervisors/technicians: Briefings and Performance Review
