Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of software projects and managed services in Petaling Jaya. This role focuses on high-quality service, project execution, and strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will bring leadership, project management, and service delivery experience within enterprise software or cloud environments, with a track record of driving improvements and meeting SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or engineering.
• Experience with 3rd party service providers.
• Solid organizational and project management skills.
• Strong leadership and ability to train junior staff.
• Customer service and people management capabilities.
• Knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management, ITIL basics.
• At least 3 years in a similar role, or 7+ years in enterprise/cloud software development.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end management of projects.
• Ensure quality standards and SLAs.
• Own critical incidents and coordinate resolution.
• Report service delivery and project performance to management.
• Lead a software engineering team including recruitment and mentoring.
• Build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enable dialogue across departments.
• Set standards with technical partners for software, infra and security.
• Ensure compliance with latest guidelines and security requirements.
