Job summary

An IT solutions provider in Puchong is looking for a Service Delivery Engineer to manage daily ticket dispatch and project planning. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or SPM level education, good English communication skills, and proficiency in Excel. This role requires problem-solving abilities and a proactive work attitude. The position offers a five-day work week with medical and travel claims available.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Dispatch daily ticket to onsite technician.
• Dispatch daily backfill technician.
• Backup resource planner.
• Project schedule planning, coordinate and sign off.
• Interview new technician and arrange on job training.
• Remove low performance technician.
• SLA ticket challenges and dispute.
• Ad Hoc request monthly compilation.
• Provide technical assist sales and pre-sales team.
• On site visit if escalation case(s).

Background

• SPM/Diploma in related field.
• Good in English (Read/Write/Speak)
• Good in Email, Microsoft Excel and Strong Maths.
• Good work attitude and basic time management.
• Must have minimum IT Technical acknowledge as background.
• Highly work independent and pro-active provide workaround to customer.
• Familiar with Malaysia road and nationwide town name.

• Weekly 5 working days.
• Medical bill and Traveling claimable (if any).
• Package and position seniority will depend past years’ experience and skillset.
