Job summary

Vishay Malaysia is seeking a Senior Business Planner in Melaka to drive SCM objectives, create production build plans, and manage end-to-end delivery to meet revenue and on-time delivery targets. You will collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Management to forecast customer requirements, respond to expedites, and optimize capacity, inventory, and flow using SAP ERP and advanced planning tools.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years’ experience in supply chain planning/execution in a highly technical semiconductor.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related supply chain field.
Experience in SAP ERP and SCM, Business Objects, Promis or equivalent.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Analytical and data-driven with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Drive achievement of SCM objectives: revenue, on-time delivery, inventory, and customer satisfaction.
Create and maintain production build plans and manage end-to-end delivery.
Collaborate with Product Marketing to forecast customer requirements.
Respond to customer expedites and inquiries regarding supply.
Plan production tasks and schedules by customer orders.
