Job Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact for all security-related matters.
• Monitor on-guard physical access control systems.
• Perform alarm and CCTV monitoring.
• Respond to alarms and handle incident responses.
• Manage access control for authorized personnel.
• Access and attend to trouble ticket systems.
• Analyze and report security gaps to the line manager.

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree / Professional Certificate in any related field.
• Previous working experience in corporate security.
• Working knowledge and experience with various security technologies including CCTV, access control system, incident management software, and other video surveillance software.
• Ability to converse in fluent English.
• Comfortable dealing with authorities, executives, clients, staff and the public, occasionally under urgent and pressured situations.
• Able to meet the requirements for specific skills, certification or authorizations specified for the assigned accounts.
• 1 or more years of experience in the security industry / handling security events, safety incidents, emergency incidents with supervisory experience.
• Security / medical / first aider/CPR/AED license or certifications is an added advantage.
• Must be able to undergo other mandatory licensing requirements.
• Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
• Must be capable of being in rotational shifts.

Salary

RM4,500 - RM4,800 (including allowance, OT, and public holiday)
