Job description

Adecco is seeking an applicant for a Senior Security Compliance candidate for one of our clients. This role is integral to maintaining the security landscape through technical assessments, security control enforcement, and governance. The position involves translating regulatory requirements into enforceable security controls and configurations. The successful candidate will coordinate vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and review SOC reports. This role demands deep technical knowledge and experience in security operations, providing leadership in security architecture and technology adoption. Collaboration with stakeholders is essential to maintain a robust security posture.

What you will Do
  • Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to ensure security compliance
  • Monitor and analyze cyber incidents, escalating issues to the Security Operations team
  • Develop and maintain security baselines across network, servers, and applications
  • Enforce cybersecurity requirements into IT security controls and architecture design
  • Oversee security incident response planning and investigation of security breaches
Your Skills
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Cybersecurity
  • Relevant certifications such as CEH, CISM, CISSP, AWS, and Azure are preferred
  • At least 10 years of experience in IT security infrastructure and team leadership
  • Strong analytical skills to diagnose and solve complex security issues
  • Knowledge of security frameworks like NIST CSF, ISO27001, and BNM RMIT
