Job summary

delaware Malaysia is seeking an SAP WM/EWM Support Consultant to provide functional and technical support for WM and EWM modules, analyze incidents, perform configuration changes, and collaborate with business users to optimize warehouse processes.

The ideal candidate has 5 years hands-on SAP WM/EWM experience, S/4HANA EWM knowledge, ABAP debugging familiarity, and ITIL-based incident, problem and change management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, engineering, logistics or related field.
• 5 years hands-on SAP WM and EWM implementation and support.
• Deep knowledge of WM processes: storage types, putaway, picking, inventory.
• RF and mobile data entry integration.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA EWM (embedded or decentralized).

Responsibilities

• Provide incident and problem management for WM/EWM.
• Manage configuration changes and testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for interfaces.
• Develop and update SOPs and training materials.
• Monitor SLAs and system performance.
