The role emphasizes stakeholder collaboration, blueprint workshops, testing, data migration, and leading project teams while nurturing junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, BIS, Accounting or Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years SAP experience in either support or project implementation across SAP modules (FICO, SD, MM, PP, QM, PM, PS, BPC, HCM, Ariba or SuccessFactors).
• For project implementation roles, at least one full lifecycle implementation of a core module.
• Willingness to travel for project assignments and to coach juniors.
• Willingness to assist in new project/client engagements.
• Ideally, prior consulting experience and SAP Certification.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to understand needs and requirements.
• Prepare and conduct blueprint workshops.
• Configure and perform unit testing on the system.
• Develop Functional Specifications for FRICEW development.
• Develop authorization design and matrix with business process owner.
• Lead and mentor project team members to deliver tasks.
• Participate in pre-sales activities.
• Responsible for Key User Training and data migration cutover.
