Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or equivalent role.
• Proficiency with Salesforce configuration and design.
• Experience creating clear requirements and running Agile ceremonies.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex requirements into Salesforce solutions.
• Create structured documentation including BRDs and user stories.
• Lead UAT and SIT readiness.
