We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, can take ownership and run with a challenge.

You will be responsible for providing expert guidance on the design, implementation, and integration of Salesforce solutions to meet our clients' business needs. They will work closely with our clients to understand their requirements, develop strategies, and provide end-to-end solutions.

This is as much a communications role as anything else, so we need a person who doesn’t just think logically but can creatively and effectively design, build and communicate that solution.

What you'll be doing:

• You will be working with clients across the Europe and UK regions to understand their business requirements and design solutions for them, leveraging declarative and programmatic Salesforce capabilities.
• You will customize Salesforce for the clients and provide day-to-day support requests while maintaining overall system configuration, change control and enhancements.
• You’ll be leading design discussions with clients to ensure the proposed solution aligns with business needs.
• You will be involved in discovery workshops, documenting client requirements and contributing towards the overall solution design.
• You will be participating in project management activities where and when necessary.
• You will be participating and occasionally conducting training sessions for new features and assist with system roll‑outs.
• Providing technical expertise and support to junior consultants and developers.
• Staying up to date with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends and provide guidance on their use.

What you may need to succeed:

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce or/and SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) or SAP CRM consulting and implementation.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce OR SAP SD system architecture, design, and development best practices.
• Strong understanding in either Salesforce functionalities, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud OR strong experience and understanding in Sales & Distribution processes like order-to-cash, lead-to-cash, sales agreements etc.
• Proven experience in configuring, customizing, and integrating solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
