Qualifications

• More than 3 years’ experience in a Sales Support role in the IT industry.
• Good understanding of the sales/buying cycle and ability to handle disputes.

Responsibilities

• Assist client manager in generating quotes and fast turnaround.
• Responsible for information gathering and data consolidation.
• Handle incoming quotation requests and ensure completion.
• Manage QA process and escalations from different stakeholders.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to new joiners.
