A leading dairy company in Malaysia seeks a professional for sales support. Responsibilities include generating daily sales updates, providing insights, and serving as the first contact for distributor inquiries. Ideal candidates should have a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration and 2–3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite is required. The role demands strong communication and analytical skills alongside the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
Generate daily sales updates and performance reporting at primary level for key account, national, and regional review.
Prepare and distribute:
Daily sales reports by SN/CD
Daily sales tracking vs channel forecast
Market Return Reports
Sales KPIs and Distributor KPI tracking reports
Provide insights and analysis to support sales performance monitoring.
Provide administrative support to field sales teams, including sales tools, forms, system access, and promotional information.
Coordinate and support trade promotions, product launches, and field initiatives.
Assist in preparing sales meeting materials, presentations, and follow-up action items.
Manage and prepare Distributor Ullage Reports.
Serve as the first point of contact for distributor or key customer enquiries related to sales operations, pricing, or product information.
Support distributors on system usage, claim documentation, and reporting requirements.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and stock availability.
Ensure sales processes comply with company policies, SOPs, and compliance guidelines.
Assist with audits by preparing required documentation and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Diploma or Degree in General/Business Administration, Business Management, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in service industries or support roles at management level, preferably in sales support, sales operations, or order management.
Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with sales enablement tools and related technologies.
Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and maintain high accuracy in reporting and processes.
