We are currently seeking a Senior Sales Representative to join our Honeywell Building Automation team in our Singapore office. Working with the Director of Sales, the Senior Sales Representative will be the primary customer interface responsible for the development of new business/new verticals, new relationships in pursuit of growth and timely order conversion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with potential customers, establishing relationships & maximizing the business potential for both parties.
  • Engage customers at all levels in any organization including executive level decision makers.
  • Engage early in the customer buying process to discover customer needs Honeywell can fulfil and/or influence customer specification prior to bid.
  • Dissemination of key messages, initiatives and information pertaining to the value Honeywell brings to targeted customers, opportunities, and solutions.
  • Establishing and owning the plans and strategies aimed at serving and expanding the customer sales base in their assigned area.
  • Continuously identify new sales opportunities and focus on providing consultative support by building value propositions for the customer.
  • Manage and build customer contacts; focal point for relationship strategies, sales plans, proposal strategies, contract negotiations for pursuits.
MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar/equivalent in Business discipline.
  • Ideally 8-10 years of B2B selling experience (direct sales), business development, key account management, project sales.
  • Proven track record within the Building solutions industry (BMS, HVAC, ACMV).
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
  • Ability to present and communicate complex technical solutions clearly at all business levels.
  • Well developed sense of the customers’ business, their drivers, and their organization.
  • Good knowledge of offerings and solutions within industries.
WE VALUE
  • Knowledge and understanding of Honeywell’s product offerings and solutions in Industrial, Data Centres and Building Automation industries.
  • Ability to think strategically in identifying future trends and applying process improvement tools to solve business problems.
  • Change Management skills to accept and lead change within the workforce by pro-actively and creatively taking action to achieve goals.
  • Experience of using Digital Engineering tools and automating processes to drive engineering efficiencies and standardized output.
