Your Role: Sales & Outreach Manager (Singapore Market)

This is a pivotal role where you will oversee the expansion into the Singapore market, generating new business opportunities and leading a growing outreach team. You will be the primary driver in connecting Singaporean businesses with our virtual assistant services, ranging from startups to established companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a small but growing outreach team focused on generating qualified leads and building strong client relationships.
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies using LinkedIn networking, presentations, and online sales funnels.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure.
  • Build and nurture relationships with business owners, founders, and executives in Singapore.
  • Collaborate with company leadership to set outreach KPIs, monitor team performance, and refine sales strategies.
  • Support recruitment coordination for virtual staffing roles, ensuring client needs are met efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Singapore market and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in services, outsourcing, or staffing industries.
  • Experience specifically in the Singapore market is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Fluent English and Chinese is required.
  • Strong experience with LinkedIn outreach and managing online sales funnels is a plus.
  • Demonstrated leadership or team management experience.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of team management experience is required.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self‑motivated, confident, and driven by growth and commission‑based earnings.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and adapt communication styles to diverse clients.
  • Candidates must have legal authorisation to work in Malaysia; any legal work status is acceptable.
