Lead and drive the Sales and Marketing Department to achieve project sales targets, support revenue growth, and reinforce brand positioning, with responsibilities ranging from hands‑on execution to strategic leadership.

Requirement

• Degree/Diploma in Maketing, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or other related field.
• Minimum 7-10 years’ relevant working experience in the property development industry.
• Good knowledge of sales launch execution processes and regulatory requirements.
• A committed team player who is resourceful, dynamic and possesses good market intelligence.
• Independent, result-oriented, and able to develop effective marketing plans and strategies to ensure achievement of sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning and organizational skills.

Responsibility

• Provide strategic leadership for Sales and Marketing, aligning strategies with corporate and project objectives to drive revenue growth and brand positioning.
• Deliver market intelligence and product strategy insights, including market trends, customer preferences, competitor analysis, and project positioning.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing, branding, and promotional campaigns, ensuring consistency, effectiveness, and strong return on investment.
• Enhance customer experience by ensuring effective sales throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Sales and Marketing team.
