Job summary

The incumbent take accountable develops and executes sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, including managing budgets, overseeing marketing campaigns, leading the sales team, ensuring brand growth and market positioning, sales admin & credit management, and customer service end-to-end management. This role requires market research, strategic planning, budget management, and strong leadership skills to drive property sales and enhance market brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy and planning

Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for property projects, from initial concept through launch and beyond.

Sales management

Lead and supervise the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and ensure market penetration.

Marketing execution

Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including both traditional and online channels, to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.

Budget and financial management

Create and manage the sales and marketing budget, with a focus on maximizing return on investment (ROI) and controlling expenses.

Market research and analysis

Conduct market research to identify industry trends, attractive and innovative property development, competitor activities, and new market opportunities that can inform strategies and improve performance.

Team leadership

Mentor and manage marketing and sales teams, providing guidance and fostering a high-performance environment.

Brand management

Enhance the company's brand image, market positioning, and overall reputation.

Performance tracking

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze sales data to track progress against objectives and make data-driven adjustments to strategies.

We are looking for:
  • Candidate who possess with Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the real estate industry, 6 years in leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of KPKT guidelines, APDL licensing, and local council processes.
  • Strong analytical and market research skills with ability to craft strategies.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate market dynamics, including residential, commercial, and investment properties.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).

  • Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop people, with strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Up to-date of Malaysian market and cultural nuances.

  • Willing to work during weekends/public holidays for project launches and promotional activities.
  • Fluent in English and Malay; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
