Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients, markets and projects within the property / construction industry and subsequently develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company’s client base.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and address their concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams. Review tender documents and prepare checklist submission, ensure timely submission of proposals and follow up on leads and assist Project team on preliminaries cost analysis.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities and industry developments to identify opportunities.
- Maintain an organized database of leads, clients and project information. Support Senior Management in negotiating contracts and closing deals.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities and present to the Senior Management team as required.
- To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in [Any Building discipline] / Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in property / construction industry. Strong network of contacts in the property / construction industry is a plus.
- Good command of English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin - written and spoken.
