A growing company in Malaysia is seeking a skilled professional to manage sales operations and improve customer relationships. Ideal candidates will have a diploma or degree in relevant fields, alongside 5 years of sales experience. The role involves fostering customer communication, overseeing order processing, and participating in company representation at various events. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is preferred. Relationship Management: Foster strong business relationships with customers through effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Customer Support: Provide timely and comprehensive solutions to customer inquiries, ensuring efficient resolution of all requests.
Sales Operations: Oversee sales order processing and develop strategic sales planning initiatives to drive business growth.
Production Coordination: Collaborate with the Production Department to manage customer orders and coordinate logistics for shipment deliveries.
Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of customer sales performance metrics and payment status documentation.
Company Representation: Represent the company at various professional events, including business meetings, client consultations, and industry exhibitions.
Special Projects: Take on additional responsibilities and execute special projects as assigned by management.
Educational Background: Candidates with a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Engineering, Media Communication, Mathematics, Statistics, Psychology, or equivalent fields.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken, written, and reading) is preferred to facilitate communication and support business activities with international Chinese clients.
Data Proficiency: Capable of performing data calculations and completing tasks punctually.
Interpersonal Skills: Possess a positive attitude with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Location: Willing to relocate or be based in Johor Bahru Town, Johor, and have personal transportation.
Experience: 5 years of sales experience (indoor, outdoor) in any industry, or 5 years of sales experience in the Manufacturing Industry/steel industry (an added advantage).
