Randstad is supporting a market‑leading Malaysian company specialising in premium Halal frozen foods for major Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) and the HORECA sector across Asia. This company has been operational for over 35 years and is a key supplier for the biggest names in the food industry.

As the key commercial leader for the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) channel, reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for defining and executing the company's commercial strategy and growth agenda. This involves leading a high‑performing team, developing robust joint business plans, handling major contract negotiations, and collaborating with R&D, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure innovative and tailored solutions for the company's QSR clients.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach the QSR sales team to deliver high performance and capability development
  • Build strong partnerships with leading QSR customers, acting as the primary business contact
  • Negotiate long‑term contracts, pricing agreements, and promotional deals
