The Senior Sales & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for supporting sales operations, managing customer orders, and ensuring efficient end-to-end logistics processes. This role serves as the key liaison between sales, warehouse, customers and ensuring accurate order fulfilment, timely deliveries, and excellent service. The position also includes monitoring inventory, preparing sales reports, and coordinating shipments locally and internationally.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and order processing with accuracy and speed.
- Maintain updated customer records, pricing lists, and product information.
- Monitor order status and follow up with customers proactively.
- Assist in preparing sales forecasts, monthly sales reports, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics providers to arrange deliveries and shipments.
- Prepare shipping documents (DO, PO, invoices, packing lists, customs forms and etc).
- Track shipments, containers and ensure on-time delivery to local and international clients.
- Resolve shipping, delivery (import/export), and order discrepancies with internal teams and external partners.
- Ensure logistics compliance with trade regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
- Assist in cycle counts, inventory reconciliations, and stock accuracy improvement.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through efficient order and delivery handling.
- Maintain accurate documentation and filing for sales and logistics activities.
- Support continuous process improvement for sales and logistics operations.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 4–5+ years of experience in sales coordination, logistics, or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of shipping procedures, incoterms, and documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Autocount or ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
- Experience working with international shipments and freight partners.
- Knowledge of customs regulations and import/export processes.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.
