About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Executive with solid experience specifically in the waterproofing industry. The ideal candidate has hands‑on knowledge of waterproofing systems, materials, application methods, and preferably has existing contacts with main contractors, subcontractors, developers, or consultants.

This role focuses on promoting waterproofing materials while also helping the company secure waterproofing subcontracting projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell waterproofing materials to contractors and project stakeholders
  • Build relationships with main contractors, subcontractors, developers, architects, and consultants
  • Identify and secure waterproofing subcontracting works
  • Provide technical support and product consultation to clients
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical submissions
  • Conduct site visits and follow up on project progress
Requirements

Must-have:

  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in the waterproofing industry (materials or contracting)
  • Strong understanding of waterproofing products, application methods, and site practices
  • Good network and contacts in the construction sector
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Possess own transport

Added Advantage:

  • Experience in waterproofing contracting (on-site application, QA/QC, site supervision)
  • Ability to read construction drawings
  • Experience dealing with consultants and QS teams
