About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive business growth by maintaining and expanding our customer base. Exceptional candidates with proven experience will be considered for a Senior Sales Executive role, offering greater responsibility and leadership opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and expand customer database.
- Identify potential new customers and maintain good sales and sustainable relationships with existing customers to achieve sales targets and KPI.
- Meet with customers regularly, identify customer needs and follow up on orders.
- Stay informed about market conditions, industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide insights and feedback to the team.
- Consolidate and prepare sales reports and market research.
- Ensure customers’ payments are made on a timely basis.
- Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- SPM, Diploma holder or tertiary educated with minimum 3 years sales experience, preferably in hot‑dip manufacturing or metal materials industry.
- Premium product selling background is preferred.
- Experience in INCOTERMS is preferred.
- Good team player with a positive mindset and willingness to take on challenges.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment and under pressure with a positive attitude.
- A strong sense of self‑motivation, aggressiveness and responsibility.
- Willingness to travel within Malaysia & SEA (Singapore, Indonesia).
- Proficiency in English & Bahasa and ability to communicate in Cantonese or Mandarin. Hokkien is an advantage.
- Good computer literacy, including MS Excel, PowerPoint and CRM systems.
