Senior Sales Executive (Property Development)

Manage sales of assigned projects in accordance with company policies and sales targets.

Track sales progress to ensure timely closing and accurate documentation.

Advise customers on property purchases, including loan and legal matters.

Handle sales inquiries, walk-in customers, and online leads professionally.

Coordinate property handover and provide after-sales support.

Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.

Participate in sales launches, exhibitions, and marketing activities.

Work independently while contributing effectively as a team player.

Ensure show units are well maintained and presentable at all times.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma in Marketing or equivalent qualification.
• Min 3 years of working experience in property sales and marketing, preferably within the property development industry.
• Able and willing to travel to the headquarters in Desa Petaling when required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of property-related statutory requirements and procedures is an added advantage.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
