Job summary

A recruitment agency in Malaysia is looking for a Senior Sales Executive in Ayer Keroh to achieve sales targets, expand customer relationships, and identify new market opportunities. Handle order-taking, pricing, and coordination on artwork/printing requirements.

Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Perform basic credit assessment for new customers following company guidelines.

Work with Customer Service and Production to fulfil customer needs.

Manage customer issues and follow up on product complaints.

Ensure timely payment collection.

Job Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 3 years experience in corrugated carton, packaging, or B2B sales.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Strong communication, negotiation, and planning skills.

Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage to support Mandarin-speaking clients.

Must have own transport and willing to travel to Selangor & Johor when required.

Must be willing to work in Ayer Keroh, Melaka.
