A recruitment agency is seeking a Senior Sales Executive in Ayer Keroh, Melaka. The role involves achieving monthly sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and handling market insights. Candidates must have a Diploma/Degree in Business or Marketing, with at least 3 years of relevant experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage. Must possess own transport and be willing to travel.
Achieve monthly sales targets and grow new business.
Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers.
Identify new market opportunities and gather market insights.
Handle order-taking, pricing, and coordination on artwork/printing requirements.
Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Perform basic credit assessment for new customers following company guidelines.
Work with Customer Service and Production to fulfil customer needs.
Manage customer issues and follow up on product complaints.
Ensure timely payment collection.
Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 3 years experience in corrugated carton, packaging, or B2B sales.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong communication, negotiation, and planning skills.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage to support Mandarin-speaking clients.
Must have own transport and willing to travel to Selangor & Johor when required.
Must be willing to work in Ayer Keroh, Melaka.
