The Role

1. Create and implement sales strategies, set measurable sales goals, and collaborate with OEM/ODM clients and design houses to integrate company products into their designs.
2. Manage projects end-to-end, from contract negotiations through to final product delivery.
3. Track market trends, industry shifts, and competitor actions to uncover potential business opportunities.
4. Coordinate with internal teams such as R&D, supply chain, and quality assurance to ensure timely and successful order fulfillment.

The Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree/diploma or equivalent sales training or experience.
2. Extensive B2B sales experience, preferably in similar industries.
3. Excellent planning and organizational skills.
