Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s customer base within the retail, B2B, and corporate sectors for all 13 brands.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, including renowned retailers, B2B clients, and corporate customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new business opportunities, understand market trends, and assess the competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
  • Oversee and optimize retail sales performance by collaborating with retailers, implementing effective merchandising strategies, and monitoring sales data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to the management team, providing insights into sales trends, market dynamics, and competitive activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities, marketing campaigns, and trade events to drive sales and enhance brand visibility for all 13 brands.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Malaysian market, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and presenting compelling sales proposals to potential clients in the B2B and corporate sectors.
