What You’ll Do
1. Sales Leadership & Strategy
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 3 Sales Executives to achieve greatness.

  • Design and execute sales strategies that consistently hit monthly and quarterly targets.

  • Set KPIs, monitor performance, and celebrate wins along the way.

2. Client Acquisition & Growth
  • Hunt for new business opportunities with SMEs and corporates.

  • Run impactful discovery calls, presentations, and proposals that wow clients.

  • Build long-term relationships that turn prospects into loyal partners.

3. Sales Process & Insights
  • Keep a sharp eye on pipeline, deals, and activities via our CRM.

  • Report key insights and forecasts directly to management.

  • Continuously sharpen our sales scripts, pitch decks, and objection-handling playbook.

4. Coaching & Team Development
  • Be on the ground with your team: supporting calls, pitches, and closings.

  • Run weekly sales huddles and training to upskill your squad.

  • Mentor your team with honest feedback, growth plans, and motivation.
