Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 3 Sales Executives to achieve greatness.
Design and execute sales strategies that consistently hit monthly and quarterly targets.
Set KPIs, monitor performance, and celebrate wins along the way.
Hunt for new business opportunities with SMEs and corporates.
Run impactful discovery calls, presentations, and proposals that wow clients.
Build long-term relationships that turn prospects into loyal partners.
Keep a sharp eye on pipeline, deals, and activities via our CRM.
Report key insights and forecasts directly to management.
Continuously sharpen our sales scripts, pitch decks, and objection-handling playbook.
Be on the ground with your team: supporting calls, pitches, and closings.
Run weekly sales huddles and training to upskill your squad.
Mentor your team with honest feedback, growth plans, and motivation.
Proven B2B digital marketing sales experience (SEO, websites, Google Ads, social media).
At least 2 years leading a sales team.
A confident communicator and negotiator with strong closing skills.
Comfortable with CRM tools and digital sales funnels.
A results‑driven mindset — hungry, ambitious, and a team player.
